Does it get any easier than this?!?
- 2 big avocados
- Hand full cilantro
- 16 oz sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbl fajita seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Eat with chips or a straw 😉 If you’re lucky enough, maybe Tina’s made her homemade tortilla chips…
We have served this on our unit on more than a few occasions….everyone knows a nurse loves to eat!
